1. Data controller
The digital channel operates under the Studio Arcádia and Arcádia Vasos brands in Florianópolis, Brazil. Privacy requests may be sent to contato@studioarcadia.com.br.
2. Data and purposes
Quotation and project forms may collect name, telephone, e-mail, city, postal code, professional profile, preferences, selected products, notes and uploaded files. These data are used to answer the request, prepare service and take pre-contractual measures.
3. Legal grounds
Processing may rely on steps requested before entering into a contract, legal obligations, the exercise of rights and consent, depending on the purpose. Optional audience measurement requires consent and may be refused or withdrawn.
4. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, storage, authentication and communication providers strictly necessary for operation. We do not sell personal data. Appropriate safeguards will be used when a provider processes data outside Brazil.
5. Retention
Data are kept while needed for service, the business relationship and legal obligations. Inactive opportunities are reviewed after 180 days without interaction and may be deleted, anonymized or retained when a documented legal basis applies.
6. Security
Administrative panels, attachments and exports use authentication and authorization. File validation and restricted access reduce risk, but no system eliminates every risk.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion when applicable, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of applicable decisions.
